CONTENT CREATOR MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Booking & Attendance
• No rollovers: unused sessions expire monthly.
• Reschedules require 48 hours notice.
• Late arrivals reduce shoot time.
• No-shows forfeit the session.
• Sessions are one location within the booked time. Additional locations require an add-on.
Deliverables
• Edits are client-selected from a proof gallery.
• “Edited” includes color correction + light retouching (not full beauty/composite work unless purchased).
• Digital delivery only. RAW files and unedited images are not delivered.
Selection Window
Clients must submit selections within 7 days of Receiving proofs to maintain delivery timelines.
Usage & Licensing
• Included (Membership Use)
• Organic social media posting
• Personal website/portfolio for the client’s own brand
Not Included (Requires Add-On License)
• Paid ads usage
• Brand/third-party commercial usage (e.g., a business running your images in campaigns)
• Resale/stock/transfer of usage rights
Rescheduling
• Members may reschedule a booked session once with at least 48 hours’ notice.
• Reschedules are subject to availability within the same membership month.
Cancellations
•Cancellations made 48+ hours before the session: the session may be rescheduled within the same month.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session: the session is forfeited (counts as used), as that time is reserved exclusively for you.
• No rollovers: unused or forfeited sessions do not carry forward.
No-shows & Late Arrivals
No-shows automatically forfeit the session.
• If you arrive late, your session time is reduced accordingly. If you arrive too late to complete the session productively, it will be treated as a no-show.
Weather / Photographer Cancellation
• If BeeYou Media must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, your session will be rescheduled at the earliest available date. No session is lost in this case.
Membership Cancellation (Plan Cancellation)
• Memberships require a minimum 3-month term.
• After the minimum term, you may cancel with 14 days’ written notice prior to your next billing date.
• Membership fees are non-refundable once billed, including if sessions are unused (since scheduling capacity is reserved monthly).
