Cancellation Policy
Payment + Confirmation - Full payment is required to secure your consultation time. - Once payment is completed, your session is officially confirmed and you’ll receive: - Your pre-call intake form - Your meeting link (Zoom/Google Meet) - Any prep instructions needed to get the most from your call Rescheduling - You may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice. - Reschedules are subject to availability and must be used within 14 days of your original booking date. - If less than 24 hours’ notice is given, the session is forfeited and will require a new booking to rebook. Late Arrivals - Please arrive on time. If you’re late, the session will still end at the scheduled time to respect the next booking. - If you are 10+ minutes late, the call may be shortened. - If you are 15+ minutes late, the session is considered a no-show and will be forfeited. No-Shows - No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled. - If an emergency occurs, you may message within 24 hours and rescheduling may be offered at my discretion. Refunds - All payments are non-refundable due to time reserved, preparation, and pre-review work completed prior to your session. Intake Form + Prep Requirement - The intake form must be completed at least 12 hours before your session so I can review your business and make the call productive. - If the intake form isn’t submitted on time, your session may be rescheduled (once) based on availability. Session Scope - This is a strategy consultation + recap, not a done-for-you service. - You will receive a brief written recap within 48 hours after the call. - This package does not include full marketing plans, content calendars, design work, ad setup, or ongoing coaching (unless booked separately). Communication - Primary communication is via email/WhatsApp (whichever you prefer). - Any post-call questions beyond your recap are not included unless you booked the Follow-Up Add-On.
